My feelings

Just how I feel.

The smile

Oct 19 2010

She smiles, but only for merely a second.

She laughs but only for a minute.

She can't even shed a tear at some thing sad, although she gets sad inside.

She gets angry and wantsto destroy things, but she knows its wrong.

She just wants to be better.

She knew the feeling of happiness was not real. How could it be?  She's not allowed to be happy.

But she knows there is hope.  She's seen it.  It just takes time.  But time does damage.  Can time kill a soul?  She hopes not.  She knows it won't.

She is strong. She is woman.  Woman overcome all.

Right?  No.  BIPOLAR woman are the strongest of all.  No one really knows what they go through.  No one really wants to care.  They only have each other.

She is in a slump but knows she will come out of it.  It is not the worst, it is not the best.  She is sad and she does not know why.

Maybe her smile will last a bit longer than that mere second, tomorrow?

Very nice words. Did you make them up. I really like it. Just know that it does get better in time. Time does seem like forever, but keep up the faith and the hope. I am proof that it does happen. I smile and laugh. Not all of the time, but I do. We are very strong and remember that in your low moments. Strength can get you through anything. That and your friends. We are all your friends here. You can count on us to be here for you. We care. Maybe her smile will last a bit longer than the mere second, tomorrow? You will smile. Big hugs to you.
