Day 2 |

Yesterday was a really good day. I decided to walk to the leisure centre, which is about 2 miles away, but I got lost. I ended up doing 4 and a half miles, and I was knackered before I even got there! We stopped for lunch, then swam for a couple of hours. Came home, then went into work. By the time I was done there my whole body was aching so we ordered tea. I only had soup though, and lunch was a healthy wrap. Forgot breakfast :S but didn't snack through the day so I'm fairly proud of myself. Even though I was in a lot of pain, and I'm still stiff today, I am more positive and happy than I have been in a long time.
