Those with Brown Sequard Syndrome or BSS are the unicorns of spinal injuries. There are so few of us we are thought not to be in exsistance. Sometimes, I think of my favorite childhood cartoon The LastUnicorn. When the last one heard she was  the last she didn't believe it and she dared to ask. Am I really the last one? I can't be. There must be others out there! So am I?
