Dear Diary,

After being up to 4:40 this am, I decided to take an Ambien 10 mg. I'd guess it took about 1/2 hr to take affect. I slept from about 4:40 to 8:30 ish.  I woke up restored, but, now I have amnesia.  I can't remember anything I did since I last took the Ambien. I don't remember taking my meds, giving Peanut his meds....eating.....nothing.  That's what I hate about Ambien. I asked for a new sleep med, but the doc thinks the trazadone and Buspar should help.  Well, it SHOULD, but it doesnt.  GRRRRRRRRR
