MDJunction to me

Dit"I've been a grateful member here for over 4 yrs this place has changed my life of course for the better, coming to the groups has enabled me to no longer feel so alone. As a group leader for the Bipolar Support group I can relate to others and am expressing my experience strength and hope and this is very rewarding, I've also made many supportive friends here whom I talk to some daily. I used to have a lot of 'lows' since becoming member here at MdJunction I no longer have these lows." (Dit)

My day to day with PTSD

This is just my daily ramblings of how I am feeling.

And here we go...

Jul 12 2011

So it has been a while since my last update so here goes

I had a visit with my psychologist Thursday of last week and I am now on Zoloft 6mg for the first week and with the ultimate goalof getting on the 25mg pill with little issue and the doc wants me up to 100mg within a month or 2...I am to take it slow and see how i react to the the meds small problem is with my Hypochondria I  think anytime i take the pill I am having a reaction to the meds, just have to keep an eye on what is real and why my mind is making up. beyond that things are going great I am waking up each day feeling a little bit like my old self the therapy sessions are going well we keep opening up more issues everyday and it helps so much getting it all off of my chest and it is amazing how much i have locked away.
