It has been a very rough day.  I had to call off of work becauase I couldn't get my hands moving enough to do my job.  My knees have decided to crunch with every step or movement.  Total exhaustion today.  I have been up a total of 5 hours today.  I can't seem to get enough sleep.  I have taken all the meds. I can with a small amount of relief obtained.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day or I will have to go back on prednisone for a while.
