what is real?

the screaming voices in her mind, leaving her with confusion, what is real? what did she only imagine?  real is sleep that she won't see, real is love that she can't feel, real is changethat she's desperate for,  anger, dismay, despair?  how real are they?  just products of an illness in my brain, a simple chemical imbalance.  real is unfair
