back again.. a little off topic |

Well agors.. I was gone for a season due to the fact that my dog has passed away suddenly and I was going thru grief. Her name was michelle and while technically she was my brothers dog, I wasin shock at the news she had undergone a rapid decline in a 24 hour period that lead to her death over the weekend. I had fallin in love with that dog as well and was in greif these past few days. Because of that grief, I hardly felt like going online and chatting. My facebook farmtown took a dump and all my flowers died too.. I will miss michelle.. She was a wonderfull dog that left a smile on everyones face. It was actaully a blessing the way she died. The day previous she had been in for surgury on her toe nails and was put on pain killers. Nobody knew when she was acting erractically after the surgury that at the same time a tumor the size of a softball had imploded inside her spleen. Apprantly, bull mastifs have this kind of cancer often and it usually means sudden death. So, the good part she was on pain killers during all this due to the toenail surgury. There is usually no way to save an animal that has had a rupture so we are gratefull that michelle was in our life..
I'll try to keep coming back.. sorry for leaving.

Today was pretty good..

Im so sorry to hear about Michelle. Pets can bring us so much joy, and losing them is never easy.
The good thing was she was on pain killers.
When I have lost a pet previously, after a few months, I can fondly look back on the happy times I had with them.
Hope your doing okay.

I am so sorry to hear about the death of Michelle. I can understand how you feel. I have a little dog myself. He is 11 years old and we all love him dearly. I can only imagine the sorrow we will feel when he is gone. No better friend, is there? I think some people who do not have pets underestimate the value they add to our lives.
I understand completely. It is a blessing that she was on pain killers though and hence did not suffer as much as she would have normally.
Glad to hear from you and I hope you feel better really soon. Most pets do not live as long as us so we have to accept that to have a dog most likely means to grieve over him at some point.
Much love, Anna
