MDJunction to me

jaguarandcubs"MDJ is an integral part of my everyday life. Since joining in 2010, I have met so many amazing people. It is truly incredible to be able to share good times and not so good times with others who face the same health challenges. And MDJ has support groups for every condition I have. I don't know of anywhere else that can offer that. I love that I can learn from others as well as offer my own experiences for others to learn from." (jaguarandcubs)

Me and My Fibro

Trying to cope with Fibro daily...

Eyes wide open...

May 20 2012

Alrighty this is turning out to be quite the night. I had dinner and within an hour started feeling really crummy. I went up to bed for a while and laid down, woke up with a terrible belly ache, moreof an distended abdomen. A lot of pain, and very weak feeling.. What the heck?? I went and sat in the love seat on the back deck, fell asleep til 1ish, abdomen still distended and I feel super crummy!! Blah!

Do I blame this on the prednisone also? Lol... I think the yucky bloated belly is from eating a pork chop? I've been eating really healthy. Hell I don't know what's its from. I just put on a pot of coffee. Maybe that will help the tummy?

Well now that I'm down to 2 prednisone a day, I feel back to having fibro. I guess that part of it was nice while it lasted. Gone is the super energy level. The euphoric feeling is gone too. On the bright side- the heart racing and shakes are also gone! Whew!! Wish I could've kept the energy tho!! Ah well, can't have it all.

Well I'm going to go pour a hot cup of coffee and hope it cures all that ails me.... Hahaha! That's a huge expectation from just a cup of steaming liquid!!
