On asthma attack again. Have been more than a week now.  Feeling crappy all over the place due to lack of sleep.   Dry mouth, cracked lips.  Can’t wait for this episode to go away.  Feeling very unmotivated.

I too have asthma. I never thought it could effect my AI. Could you please share more? I was so thirsty at one point that I felt like my mouth was full of sand. smilies/sad.gif

The cough is worse at night, I can’t sleep. The asthma, night cough, lack of sleep, had really stressed me out. The continuous stress might have caused the adrenal fatigue and cause the dry mouth. I help myself with lots of electrolyte drinks. What's your solution to help you with it.
