Me...

Still doing massive amounts of searching for answers to no avail.  I can't find the information that I am looking for and it is SO frust-er-ating!  We have our appointments next week andwill (I hope) get more information regarding post transplant.  I understand that there is nothing that can be done prior to transplant; that he will continue to deteriorate until transplant.  I don't know if I can handle another death...especially this year.  And, how do you say goodbye to your best friend, your husband?  I am just not ready for that...so I reject those terms! It will not happen.  He will get a new liver.  We will make it through this.  In the immortal words of Captain Kirk (after he has defeated whoever or whatever :0p )  "Beam me up Scotty..."
