magic and miracles

So the new neighbors just moved in below me last night, and what is the first thing they do???  Turn on music with a sound system with sub woofers that was shaking the whole house!!!!!  I live in a duplex and thought that would be better only having one neighbor below me.  Ugh wrong.  My landlord just got rid of the last bad tenants who did not pay rent were smoking inside and their smoke was coming through the walls and making my place, my curtains and clothes wreak of smoke (no offense to those who smoke :) but the lease contract here is no smoking inside the house).  I can hear their loud convos and lots of traffic so far people in and out.  I was hoping a quiet single person like myself would move in but nope looks like she has two teen or college age kids.  Maybe I should get sub woffers for my Mozart and Praise and worship music LOL and put my Harry Potter DVDs that I watch over and over really LOUD and put my kitties smelly poops on the porch and let them pile up and vacuum at 2am when I can't sleep. LOL   I am just not the kind of person who can do that.  Hopefully, it won't be bad they were very apologetic and did completely turn the music off so here is hoping for the best.  One of the things I miss about living on 320 acres is that is was dead silent out there!!!!  A little scary sometimes since I did not have a car and was by myself and I just could not take the huge spiders, scorpions and snakes.
