I am out the door to my doctor appt, it did not get canceled. my son had his ADD appt this morning and on the way to the car, I walked to MY docotr offic all the while having a panic attack tosee if she was in and if my appt was still "a go", they said yes!!! I could feel my heart slow down, my blood pressure dro, my palms stop sweating, it was freaking awesome, lol, my son giggled and hugged me all the way to the car. I told him he could uncross his fingers, lol. So i am ok now, no anxiety or panic feelings as I m about to walk out the door. Is that odd? Am I actally going to be able to walk into that office and sit in that room and not have an attack? Ha, should have known there goes my hear....I am going to be late. I wonder if I will get medicine for the anxiety atacks? My God I hope so :(

YEAH!! Glad it didn't get cancelled again! Hope it went well, tell us about it when you get back
