			<description>&lt;p&gt;The first year of diagnosis went by in a blur, when I think of 2012 I cannot remember much about it, even though I was studying and working.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Things finally got better when I upped my Lamotrigine to 175mg, and things began feeling sharp.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I decided I wanted to try a life without meds, a phase I think we all go through. 			<description>Almost 4 weeks ago I admitted myself to the emergency ward after 3 days of a suffocating uncontrollable panic - I just needed to be knocked out.
