			<title>Fundraising For You and Me :)</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My Pain Management doctor told me to relax more when I saw him last week. So now that my hours have been cut down I will &amp;#39;try&amp;#39; to do this. He said find something quiet and relaxing to do... and I have. I love do crafty stuff like cardmaking and jewellery making, I try to put half an hour aside on the odd day to do this. I have made loads of jewellery and accessories, more than I can wear so I figured some can be stocking fillers for my family. I have also started selling some on ebay  [...]</description>

			<title>New Working Hours</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;On Friday I visted my doctor with complaints of bad dry skin and unbearable exhaustion. I was looking for medication really but he said I need to cut my hours down because I&amp;#39;ll end up bed riddenagain. So I&amp;#39;m at work now in the middle of sorting this out with people I can see are judging me but at the end of the day my health is more important than what they think, that&amp;#39;s one thing I&amp;#39;ve learnt! 			<title>I finished my counselling sessions</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;As of yesterday I have finished my 5 counselling sessions which I was referred to by my doctor. Tina, the counsellor/therapist, was a really nice understanding person and I think I will actually misshaving the sessions. I have learnt a little along the way which I will carry with me. I&amp;#39;m definately learning more about myself by having the fibro which I think is one of the only two positive things about having fibro (the other being meeting the lovely fibro friends I have made on this site [...]</description>
