Kids want to see me

Found out the kids want to see me, so this will get set up thru CPS. Also, got my son a guitar, im hoping he will find his 'art,' and this will be positive for him.

Tomorrow im going to get my eye glass prescription refilled, and then pick up my meds, too.

Short term disability

Today I found out my shortterm disability was approved. Not a big amount but enough, baby steps baby steps, a day at a time.

Met with CPS

Finalized my paperwork so my kids could be in temp custody of my sis and bro in law. Hard to do but im in treatment, out on an LRA and still stabilizing on meds.

I miss my kids but I know thisis what I have to do for now. Also, I was working two jobs for a long time (thanks to not getting child support), so should be able to get some assistance for housing, im looking into that, so they can come back soon, but im betting its gonna be at least six months

I forgot

I woke up really early and cant remember if I took my meds last night.

Note to self, get a daily/nightly pill box reminder so this doesnt happen again, lol

Old friend

I got in touch with an old friend today. Another friend of mine, her mom passed away last night. So much from that.

I have a rather unnatural un-fear about death, I wonder if its being relatedto bipolar, esp. since I had 'brief psychotic episode'. I hate that word, psychotic. Im not 'nuts' just bipolar, up/down, and tilted like the earth, on its axis.

Til then I take my meds. And wonder about all of this, is it really genetic? Ive been told its not my [...]

Met with Nurse

Today I met with the Nurse for my first visit. Weighed in, and gained weight over the holidays, and I also quit smoking (going on a month go me)!, and gave up caffene. Now its decaf coffee and sodaall the way. We discussed when Id go back to work, which should be by the 20th.

Taking my meds like a good girl everyday. Still though its difficult since I have my kids living with their aunt and uncle (my sis). But they're with family while I recover, which is a blessing, wh [...]
