Life day to day

Summer Time

Jun 20 2009

Wow its been a bissy month.  My sis had a baby girl Annabelle 11pds 13oz 21 inch long.  My cousin just had her baby shower (she is having twin girls), and I'm planing a baby shower fora friend of mine.

I have good news!  Ive lost 30pds with diet and exercise, My goal is a size 6 and I'm extatic to say I only have 20-30pds to go.  The reason why I'm mentioning it is because I'm fealling much better(I still have flares but there not as bad as usuall).  And I want to make a chalenge to all who are willing to do all they can to live a happier and healther life.  Lose 5 pds and see how much better you feal, hopfully we all can loose that extra bit of weight that puts more strain on our bodies.  And I know that it is hard expecually with the meds that sometimes make us gain weight and sometimes our eating habbits arnt the best, and when you hurt you dont feal like working out but please try cause it really has made a difference and if I have information to help those like me I share that set information. Even If somepeople may not want or like to hear it.  So educate yourself and if you have any info that could help share it, it never hurts to try something new.

hope all is well and that you are enjoying your summer!

                                           Sincerly
