Giving up the ghost isn't an option, but writing about its trials and tribulations is a healthy release.

Chrons & surgery- Healing takes time.

Jun 16 2012

Well I had surgery on May 4th.  My wound bed is extremely deep so I have a wound vac.  It wasn't until the end of last week that I started to feel a bit better from all the surgeries.  When I say Surgeries I mean an illosectomy with mass removal plus a take down of three fistulas.  I also got an infection in the wound bed and had to have a second surgery at the clinic to cut out the infection.   My blood pressure was extremely low for weeks  and dizzy spells were common.  My temperature was at a low grade for several weeks.  It has been a LONG road.  I am still unable to work and have run out of vacation and sick time.  I cannot lift push pull or do HALF of my job so returning isn't an option right now either.

I have no pain and my diet has been liberated a bit more.  I am attempting to lose weight because I am one c who gained and didn't loose weight.
