MDJunction to me

MisaBlue01"MD Junction has been a safe haven for me. I have met so many caring and understanding people and i don't feel so alone anymore with my bipolar. I now know that others suffer as well and that we need each other for support. I hope that one day we can all learn to love and respect each other more and that no one will have to suffer anymore." Life With Lyme

I am not good at diaries. I may not address it not as often as I should - I don't even keep up with my Twitter!!

Where am I going from here?

Jun 25 2010

How will I know if my Lyme is "evolving" into something worse.. that question is always in the back of my head. Leave it alone.. maybe the answer will come later on....

It might be helpful to track your symptoms.

Dr. B has a chart in his guidelines, or you could just write down your symptoms, and then make a note of when they change, and the severity/frequency, and the meds you're taking each time.

Sometimes it's still hard to discern normal lyme flares from a "herx" reaction, but symptom tracking can sometimes help.

Especially if you notice a steady decline in how you're feeling over a period of several months or longer ...

Hope you start feeling better soon.
