Night time..

Recently, like the past 2-3 weeks, the night time has been..odd? When I'm laying down at night and I'm almost asleep I start to twitch, I guess. I feel my whole body move..it's strange. It's like a giant twitch though, my whole body just like kicks. Last night was really strange. I was like asleep but sort of awake, my mouth was closed but it kept opening and I kept trying to close it but it kept opening wide. I used to sleep with my legs up sort of, but I don't think I do anymore. I've also punched myself in the face at night before lol. It's strange...idk why I've been twitching at night and doing strange things.
