So I haven't been on here in a while, and I just wanted to update everyone on how things have been going. Forthe past few months i felt great, I could eat whatever I wanted without any worries. Then finals week approached, and It began. For obvious stress reasons, I felt terrible. I got sick everytime I ate, and even broke out in hives all over my body. I realized then that I am going to be faced with tons of stress in my life, and would really love is someone can help me find ways to destress a bit! Right now I do yoga, and It helps a little. Hope everyone is feeling well during this beautiful holiday season!

Yoga is a really good idea, i too am doing Yoga and i love it. Everybody can find a different way to bring the stress down a bit. My way is music. I love almost all music and love to sing so a bad day can turn around for me or get my mind off things even if just for 5 minutes when i sing or listen to music. I feel so much better. My advice is take something you love and focus on it, it should help no matter what it is like painting, reading, music, working out, talking to a good friend, etc. Stress will always be around and is hard, we all know. Hope you find something to help. Hope you have a great christmas and new year!

yes i am also feeling well after my surgery , i eat foods no worry , but i am not certain , i wish to carry on like this for ever , i hate to be sick again . i am trying to forget the past things but i can not do that , it comes to my face ,
