i was diagnosis with lupus in november 2008, this has been a battle. the highs are good and the lows are so so bad. evry symptom that comes along with lupus i have had. now both hips have to be replaced. I have been in pain using two canes, often unable to walk becasue of the pain in the left hip. saw doctor at Henry ford hospital on friday, sorry Doris i can't do the surgery until the middle of august. I teach school on summer vacation until sep8. I have been in the bed for the last two days. Why should i be in pain from this all summer, omg the lupus is enough pain. people seem to think that people with lupus can take anything that come along becasue we don't show it outwardly. I got so depressed i cut my loks off and shaved my head bald.But tommorrow i', going on the attack Henry Ford Hospital is the largest hosiptal system in Michigan somebody is going to do this hip replacement soon. sorry my first dairy is so angry but give us a break, we are ony trying to live adn be as healthy as possible

HIP REPLACEMNT

THE DOCTOR CALLED THE LEFT HIP REPLACEMNT SURGERY IS JULY 13 AND HE THINKS THE RIGHT HIP WILL NEED TO BE REPLACE IN MAYBE 6 MONTHS ALL BECASUE OF THE STERIODS WHICH I NEED DAILY TO BATTLE LUPUS RIGHTNOW THIS LUPUS PERSON IS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, I LOVE TEACHING BUT IT SEEMS THAT CAREER MYBE COMING TO AND END. I AM VERY SAD ABOUT THAT
