MDJunction to me

scotty04901"MDJ to me is an added phase in my recovery as a 44 year survivor of a TBI. I hope that with what I have lived through in those years, will be able to help all those who are just now going through. It is important to understand that even after 44 yrs, I am continuing to recover and to evolve. I just hope I can help others." (scotty04901)

how I am feeling

Today I'm okay just having some pain in my elbows but I slept well last night, I mean I woke up at 3:30 a.m. and have been up ever since but for me I consider that a good sleep because I am usuallyup at 1:30 or so and never make it back to sleep then come to work all day.  I am still getting better although I thought I put on a few pounds to actually find out today at my weigh in that I lost 4 pounds since last week (shaking my head) I mean I'm getting fit for the spring/summer LOL but this is crazy!!  I do not want to be a size 2 or anything smaller than that!! I'm used to having some meat on my bones hahaha but I still look and feel GREAT!  GOD is taking care of me.

We went from snow to sun here in Boston it's Beautiful outside today and we have a NICE weekend ahead!  I can't wait to enjoy it!!
