marike Things I feel. And don't want to.

Looking even higher up

May 23 2012
After a few days on new depression and anxiety meds I feel good. Things are getting better. I feel in control of my emotions, and very calm. Winter is creeping in and I usually struggle with season changes. But things are okay so far. I was hoping that I do not have to go on chronic meds for my depression and anxiety... I mainly take a mood stabilizer for my depression, which I am completely dependent on. I fully believe in meds to help us manage our mental health conditions.
