Kathy's Diary - Friendswood

Beginning today..2/12/09..I stretched, lifted 3-5 lb wts, rode nordic-cycle 5 minutes slow for a period of 15 minutes. My neck and back are biggest pain area. Ears ringing, throat tight but not
particularly painful. Fatigued..painted about 7 minutes, washed dishes...one load of laundry...thank God I can type.
Today is 2/21/08.....Yesterday and today have not been really bad
days....the pain is in my hip joints...the farthur away it is from
my brain...the clearer my mind, and I don't feel nearly as vulnerable to the world, and I feel so FREE.

Had blood taken yesterday. Female tech gouged left arm 3 times ..I

passed out...took me to bed for other arm...got it first time..she does not

like me....I had complained about her before....how did she know it was

me? Guess I was right...she is mean...I hurt all day after getting upset.
