Ugh.

I hate this neck pain! I feel like someone stabbed the base of my brain with a knife. :( Now it's going numb... I'm over it!

Do you use Benadryl? I know I have had pretty good results with it to control headaches and nausea. If I need to be awake I only take 1/2 tablet, but it still helps. I always take two at bedtime, since it may help me sleep better and it stays in my blood steam to continue helping the next day. My LLMD recommends it to all her Lymies.
I am new to this web community stuff, so I do not know how to go read your story.
