Fatigue Equals Fibro Pain |
Nov 23 2010 |
Greetings, Friends, from a Fast Learner.
Did you know that Fibro used to be called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I'll bet there was a reason for that. I think I might know what it was.
A couple of nights ago I was hit with an all-over feeling of tiredness that made me think something must be seriously wrong with me. I had to lie down immediately. The phone rang and it was my daughter, and I had so many things I wanted to talk to her about.
She: You sound tired.
I: Yeah. I was just going to lie down for a few minutes.

Anyway, I just had to share my discovery, in case anyone else hasn't been let in on this amazing secret. IF YOU HAVE FIBRO AND ALL OVER FATIGUE, THAT'S PAIN! It's how Fibromyalgia hurts us. Take a pain pill and if the unbearable tired feeling goes away, YOU NAILED IT!
