	Here I am trying to understand this disease. It answers many questions and resolves several questions. Yet leaves a few that although few are important. Now what? What do I do? What does Crohns really mean?

I really do not know what to think of this disease. I tell my many friends about it and come to find out they know of people with it. I am finding sites that explain how its an auto-immune diseasethat attacks the GI Track. Great, what do I do with it? What is the diet suggested for crohns? Are you supposed to run your butt off? WHAT THE HELL YOU SUPPOSED TO DO?
I get to see the gastric dr next week. But what should I expect? What should I ask?

good luck i hope evry thing is explained to u, find some good sites and i do hope u learn all u need to know, my disease hAS en explanation of how it starts and that seems to be all i can find, i hope u get more answers than i have found for scheuermann's disease....xxxxx
