The sore hips is down to stiff muscles i am able stretch out. I was sure tired through. Ended up needing a 4 hour nap. My belly button incision is pretty sore today. More than it has been in a week andmy surgery was 3 weeks ago.  I know in the brochure it said I could be more sore the first week or two? Maybe a bit of bloating causes the sore belly button being I was due for my period today.  I am not so much getting hot flashes so much as feeling flushed.  Otherwise so far good and craving KFC mashed potatoes.
