Alright, now I wonder if i have something else. I have no diahhrea problem. Instead I have constant constipation and nausea issues. I have the mouth sores and rectal bleeding. In past I have had gastricinfections that couldn't be cultured and only cleared up with leviquin. Plus when that happen various organs get inflamed like my kidney swelled up 3 times it size in then it was my appendix 3 weeks ago and the pathology came back as crohns. I am so confused.

It really does sound like classical symptoms of Crohn's Disease. Generally there is an extreme of either diarrhea or constipation very minimal instances of a happy medium. Seems typical organs are becoming inflamed, from what you have described. It is very common for the kidney, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, appendices to become inflamed or compromised at sometime. Whenever you hear your doctor mention anything followed byt this key letters -itis it is all about inflammation. I hope this helpful for ya. Any questions just give a yell.
