He Did It!
Jun 10 2008

Well, my son did it. He earned the next belt in line, a white belt with a yellow stripe. He's quite proud and feels even more motivated about Tae Kwon Do (Korean Karate). He may also play late summer basketball or soccer in the Fall.

Ativan is helping me with the panic attacks. My son leaves Thursday to visit his father for a month.

My pain level (fibromyalgia and back pain) is at about a 5 today. I have a virus, so that doesn't help anything.

BP is in check with the Geodon, Zoloft and Ativan, for the most part, but I'm about to start Topomax as well. To act as a mood stabilizer, hopefully, and to help me lose weight.

Hugs to all who read!!!

I think Tae Kwon Do is great!! My son was diagnosed with bipolar at 14 and Tae Kwon Do was a great help for him. I taught him to trust himself and gave him self esteem...

Hugs to you and your son!!!
