fantasic news...

BEFORE AFTER 7 WEEKS

i have now lost 42.5 centimeters of body fat and 9 kilograms of weight GONE......

feeling great, i have been able to cut down my pain medication too... since introducing targeted products to my program and i now have so much energy and i am so thankful that i am doing this!!!

I got out into the garden and had a great day, i pruned the roses and other plants and spent the days playing with my children too, so that was really very nice. i must say!!

I am starting to get my life back! and it feels awesome..
