a few weeks ago i applied for this program with the childcare centre i use to get 20 extra "free" days of dhildcare over the next 20 weeks, in conjunction with the care i already get and i was a successful applicant so tomoorow the girls start going to day care at the preschool 2 days a week so that should help in the Rest area.... hopefully... no appointments on wednesday, physio only...... then home to rest, home helpcare comes in on wednesday afternoon for an hour and a half but that is ok because i can still rest while they are here... watch tv or read or something... so i just wanted to share that....

early yet but my pain isnt too bad today...slept ok last night too which is good.. i am going to go back to bed today hopefully and rest.... no physio. i think i'll let it slide this week....
