MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me has been the helping friends of understanding that I have needed. I feel now as if someone else it the world understands the things that I am going through. I feel less alone and happier. Here I can let out all my emotions and get support from many people who have been in similar situations. It really has been a life saver for me!" (Amanda78)

well i had a lovely day with my parents, and husband with no children for once, the first time in i dont know how many years...

this afternoon we had a lovely bbq dinner and then i was goingout to the kitchen to get the kids some marshmallows for dessert and i came tumbling down,,, i felt it coming on and managed to fall against the sink, and call out for some help before i fell to the floor, lucky hubby was right there... down i came and was so humiliated, i just wanted to get the kids a treat not come crashing down again... i havent been doing too much but im still so knackered all the time... i have a drs appointment tommorrow, so if i can actually get there i will speak to her about all of this so i have hope and want to go and rest... i promised the girls i would take them to the park tomorrow and i really dont want to let them down... so we are going even if i have to sit in the car....

 i feel miserable, really sad.....

xxxx

smilies/cry.gif Oh you poor thing. Hope you didn't get banged up to bad. I too fell over last night in the shower. Banged up the ankle but nothing to serious. Take care
