Planting flowers with your hubby. Sounds like fun. It doesn't take much one to one time from them to make us feel special does it? My husband actually had to spend Saturday pulling flowers out of our flower bed. I have these flowers that come back every year and they are huge and my flower bed looks like a jungle. It would be okay, except I live in the city. I had to sit in the flower bed and talk to him. 2 years ago I fell out of the flower bed and sprained my foot. I bent my foot back on itself (my toes bent towards my shin). My foot looked like an egg plant. Thus, I am banned from the flower bed.
I have this wonderful soil. Anything grows in it. Last years my friends mother gave me 3 of my friends tomato plants. They were very special because she was my best friend. You see, Leslee had been killed in a car accident the year before. She was a cancer survivor, and she had lupus and multiple other problems, but she was always happy. When she lost her hair to cancer she would airbrush pictures on her bald head. She was a special person. Anyway, the tomato plants came up again on their own this year. I have 5 in all and I have bountiful tomatoes. I think this is God's way of letting Leslee stay in my life.
Sorry to run on on your diary. I hope you continue to feel better. Have a happy day.
