Janna's diary

Just ranting and raving about being bipolar. I am so frustrated with it!

I am having ultradian cycling lately. I am feeling good right now but I can feel things changing and I know in a few hours I will be moderately to severely depressed until I wake up again. I wish I knew what goes on neurologically so I could understand this better..it's like everyday I have to X done before the major mood swing hits.

Pdoc Appt went very well.

I met with my doctor today.  He feels I am doing well and that he is going to hold off on sending me for another opinion.  He agreed not to change my meds but to try higher doses with me andsee how things go first.  I was so relieved.  I told him I spent the last 2 weeks obsessively dreading any medication changes!  I am so relieved now.  I do feel like I might cycle over the next 2 days though as my sleep has been bad and I was hypomanic yesterday and a bit today.  I hope I am wrong.
