It seems counterintuitive to tell someone who gets dizzy all the time to exercise more, but it seems to have worked out for me lately. A month ago, I was hauling out the heavy headache medicine, but I haven't needed that, or vertigoheel, yet. I'm taking lots of breaks but exercising nevertheless. It's the only way to get things going for me.
I'm not sure what advice you've heard, but trust me, this does work. I am noticing improvement.
