MDJunction to me

scarysanity"I stumbled across MDJunction in late June of 2012 by accident while reearhing Anxiety infrmation. MDJ has become a haven for me during my darkest days, yet has allowed me to reach out and help others through my experiences. I have found so many wonderful people/friends here on MDJ. Without it I would not be the person I am today!" (scarysanity)

Tracking- Good!

Apr 19 2009

Well, overall, I'd say yesterday and today were GREAT!  Pain wise, anyway.  I have been hit by extreme fatigue during the day.  The kind where you wobble and can't keep your eyes open for anything.

However, a quick nap fixed it, pretty much.  I was so tired I thought I'd sleep all day, but both days I only napped for an hour and woke up feeling pretty darned good.

I have had shooting pains in my shins and calves today, but the quick kind, like those ear aches that we all seem to get.  They don't even last a minute, but when they're there, they're PAINFUL!

So, I'm really hoping that if I can be faithful in keeping this log, then I may be able to detect some patterns.

I'll probably get bored with it and forget about it, but I'm really going to try.
