today i went back to work

I tried to work last weekend and it was ok today i went back and it was terrible i lasted the 5 hours but it seemed like I was closed in my cubical and was very anxious. I hated it. I even snuckout to smoke so I am sure my unavailable was high cuz i couldnt function. i wish i could go back to the way i worked before i was in the hospital. This sucks.
