a little more about me...

A little more about me...

I am a realist.  It is what it is.

I love to read most books.  And, I read self help books.  Because, well, I believe there is always room to improve or understand and/or accept.

I first became involved in my 20's with a group, Adult Children of Alcoholics.  My best friend asked me to go with her.  I think more for moral support

Get off the Clearance Rack!

"Please remember: if you're not being treated with love and respect, check your price tag. Perhaps you have marked yourself down. It's YOU who tells people what you're worth by what you accept. Get off the clearance rack and get behind the glass where they keep the valuables!! LEARN to value yourself more! If you don't, no one else will."

A good reminder!
