August 6... Thursday, I think...

Aug 06 2010

Spending today in a dark room, even here in my studio the room is dark, just a little light coming from under the blind and I like it that way.

Today is a little better than yesterday.  I still have problems getting up, getting out of bed and going to the toilet, but sometimes, once I'm up, I can actually move around.  Made the bed today - not a big deal.  It only has two sheets on it because of the heat but it made me feel better just accomplishing something.

Had a good bawl on my hubby's shoulder this afternoon.  Poor fellow!

I'm not much good with pain that debillitates me.  It makes me mad and I can't express my anger without hurting myself so then I cry and get all sad.
