Feelings and Emotions

I have been searching for years for some kind of support group to help with my anxiety over several medical hurdles I have had to cross. It seems that support groups are numerous for women, but not all that frequent for men. I prefer face to face, but usually end up online.

Marge's BD is today. I am trying to stay as upbeat as I can. She has so many people to support that along with work it takes its toll on her. I slept fairly well last night, however, I have been up for 2 hours and already feel the fatigue setting in. I have so much I want to do and no energy to do it. I have one daughter who is going through an extremely difficult and emotional time right now and I need to find the strength to be there for her.
