MDJunction to me

fluffyluggage"I found MDJunction at a time when I was struggling with so much. I
was so sick. I found a home, a place where people understood me, when
even my family doubted me. In MDJ, I found a place of refuge, love,
and support. I come here daily, to find my balance, to cope, and to
find that same support I've found from day 1. MDJ is my new family.
The friends I've made here will remain with me for a lifetime.

Feeling Hopeless

Stories about my life, and just plain blogging :)

I am back

Feb 03 2012

Hey everyone,

I am back from a long break from this site.. a lot of things occurred during my absence.

First of all, I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, which took severalsleep studies to find it. Afterwards, I have been getting pains in my feet and hands. I was fearing it could be Diabetes. After taking the A1C I went clear; but I still want to focus on changing my lifestyle habits. Turns out, I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand, and slightly have it in my left hand... after taking a very PAINFUL EMG (pretty bruised up from it).

I am also back on Medication. I went into that phase where I felt I did not want to be on medication. My Bipolar came back and got bad when it did, so I got back on. I am depressed I still have to rely on medication; but one of the very many reasons I came back was to get support from people here, and try to stabilize my Bipolar and Depression.

So, again.. I am here now! And I hope to get close with some of you again, and make new friends too!

Sincerely,

Leah :)
