Embracing Pain

Okay, I have to do a better job of tracking how I feel, physically and  mentally.  My neck and shoulder has hurt a lot today.  My feet feel like they are on fire most of the time with sharpstabs of fire in my lower legs, although can be most anywhere.  Today I had some of the burning pain down my arms. Right now my neck is tightening and hurting as I type.  And, for some reason, my face has been feeling like it is on fire for the past few days.  I think it is a pain response, and I usually feel kind of nauseous, too.  Mentally, I feel a little down.  I am fatigued a lot more, too.  I feel like I have slept okay, though.  I just don't know what is going on with my body.
