I signed up for a weight management program last week. Feel excited but lots of worry and negative thoughts starts to fill my mind these few days. "what if i will die during my hr gym session?", " everything is impermanent, i might not live till tomorrow/next month so why do i sign up for this program and work so hard to lost weight", ..........
I'm trying to ignore the thoughts but they choose to stay. When will they pack and leave my mind?
