MDJunction to me

jaime1978"MDJ has given me the ability to help thousands of people, and I'm so glad for that opportunity. It's been a lifeline for me. It's nice to know that you aren't the only one going thru something, and there is ALWAYS someone ready to help you anyway they can. MDJ is truly one of a kind, and I'm grateful for the friends I've made here." (jaime1978)

ria86 After a year and a half without a MRSA outbreak it hits me. In the area of my new tatoo, which sores popped up in 4 or 5 places. That's a first! Ugghhh. I know my immune system is shot, my body is very weak and farm from healthy level it should be. Why did it come back? I've been off my depression/anxiety meds now for awhile, which feels amazing yay!!! Huge step in my life! I was emotionally stressed due to the end of a relationship with a man I fell in love with. I was staying up too late, drank lil too much, with my roomy and our friend. Didn't last too long. Why can't I live like a normal person??? I need to be in bed early, I don't have energy like I should, ugh.

I keep moving on with a smile though. I'd love to find and learn how to take care of this illness I have been blessed with, vitamins, foods, ways to build my immune system and become healthy again. Life doesn't stop moving because your body hits a huge speed bump. Just very frustrating when I don't know much.

Even though it was raining and cold outside I decided to go for a jog.  I feel amazing! In order to feel better the only option is to push my mind and body as fatigued as I am. The more physicallystronger I become, the easier my body can heal itself.
