MDJunction to me

ITeach91"MD Junction has been a lifeline to me. The support and information I receive from group members is so important for me to maintain a good quality of life. I struggled with a diagnosis of adrenal insufficiency and did not know where to turn, but then I found MD and it has been one of the most important tools to help me to enjoy my life and stay as healthy as possible. We really are stronger together than we could ever be alone." (ITeach91)

Au Pair

Jun 13 2009

Listening to:  Coffey- Umbrella (Christ Mix)

So, I like plays on words.  Today my au pair from about ten years ago visited and this is my second journal entry which is why it is entitled as such.

Today was only alright.  I ran some errands with my best friend and her mom and brother which was cool because it was good for me to get out of the house.  I played some Okami which was awesome like it always is because it's such an amazing game.

Today I'm feeling kinda down still.  At least I'm going to the beach next week.  I was really tired all day but that's probably because of the depression: when I'm depressed I really want to sleep--all the time.

Anyway, I'll write more tomorrow or the next time I think to write an entry.  Peace.
