No more junk food

Apr 03 2010

I'm cutting out all red meat and unhealthy desserts out of my diet.  I now eat baked potato chips instead of regular chips, greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt, quinoa instead of white rice, only one slice of bread for my sandwiches, organic milk instead of regular milk, etc.  No more twinkies or any of that crap, that stuff just makes my pain worse. Of course sometimes I'll give in and have that one slice of cake or eat at KFC, but whenever I do I'm in need of more pain medicine.

I've managed to lose a few pounds by doing this for a couple of months but my jeans are actually TIGHTER than before.  Sigh...
