Depression on top of all my diseases?

Anxiety Attack

I had to stop taking Savella because it made my heart rate 120+ at rest. While weaning off, I started Seasonique for menstrual migraines and Trazodone in place of Savella for the fibro.

A coupleof weeks after these changes, I've lost it. Right now I can't slow my breathing down and my chest pains are really bad. I'm constantly shaking and crying uncontrollably. I'm just so scared and unhappy... I don't know what to do besides burn those meds...
