Zoloft...Day 3

Jun 29 2012

Ok...Day 3...

Feeling foggy, a bit depersonlized/derealized, sweaty palms, tummy aggrivated.

I've been having a bit of a headache at night, but that might be because I'm hungry, tired, or having the "females" (probably the "females"...).

I'm running "Family Guy" on Hulu on the TV; it's helping. I'm just psyching myself out, giving the anxiety/depression power...playing the "what if" game...

However, all that aside, I've managed to do some normal things this morning; watch "Today", have breakfast, did a load of laundry. I'm going to get my big, bad self out and get some supplies for work, too, get my brother/sister-in-law an anniversary card, go to the grocery store or Costco for some meat to put in the freezer...try to do normal stuff.

Anyway, back to Zoloft...

Zoloft might be working for me, as I feel somewhat better than I did. For instance, most of my general anxiety symptoms are dissapating, so I'm able to do more without the more basic anxiety symptoms.

Anyway, I'll keep you all posted :)
